Your Questions, Comments, and Concerns
Governing Law and Arbitration
Judgment upon any award rendered by the arbitrator shall be final, binding, and conclusive upon you and Centrestar, and your and Centrestar's respective administrators, executors, legal representatives, successors and assigns, and may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. Notwithstanding the previous sentence, in no event shall either you or Centrestar be entitled to punitive, special, indirect, or consequential damages, and both you and Centrestar hereby waive your rights to any punitive, special, indirect, or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, damages for any loss of profit, revenue or business.
Centrestar conducts compliance audits of its relevant privacy practices to ensure adherence to this Policy. Centrestar will investigate and attempt to resolve complaints and disputes regarding the processing and disclosure of personal information in accordance with the principles contained in this Policy.
Centrestar will take reasonable corrective action to resolve complaints and disputes, including correcting any personal information that is inaccurate, ensuring the use of personal information is consistent with this policy, and reversing or correcting the effects of noncompliance.
