You have probably heard the sayings, “innovate or die” and “necessity is the mother of invention.” In today’s corporate setting these sayings certainly apply where the need to seek new opportunities and make critical improvements is essential.
This course identifies concepts and theory related to how innovation is encouraged and diffused throughout an organizational culture. This includes how leadership communicates, plans, organizes, and implements innovations within the context of a global business environment. At the end of this course you should be able to:
