As an educational leader, you perform a variety of functions. One of these is probably related to enrollment with such tasks as setting enrollment and financial goals and understanding the matriculation process, including first-year experience (FYE).
This course helps you examine your role in setting enrollment goals, as well as those related to modern media, FYE, and student retention. At the end of this course you should be able to:
+ Understand how to plan and create enrollment and financial goals.+ Understand the development of management plans.+ Recognize the roles of faculty and social media with regard to recruitment.+ Realize the importance of the FYE course.+ Manage retention and advising effectively.
