Project scope, deliverables, budgets, resources, and schedules vary, but what all projects have in common is that when any of these factors change you must adjust the plan. For example, a change in project requirements will have a ripple effect in many parts of the plan.
This course walks you through the project management change process. It also discusses the importance of project documentation and describes how to document projects efficiently. At the end of this course, you should be able to:
+ Describe why the execution phase of a project is so important.+ Explain what integrates all aspects of a project.+ Understand how scope variation must be managed from all perspectives of a project.+ Identify the key components of a Project Management Plan.
