A key aspect of all intellectual property (IP) rights is exclusivity. Virtually all intellectual property rights entitle their owners to prevent third parties from making, using, selling, distributing, copying, displaying and otherwise exploiting any goods or services that infringe upon the owned rights.

This course focuses on the importance and how to conduct patent, trademark, copyright, and domain name searches and clearances. At the end of this course you should be able to:
