This is a course about application and developing the habit of good ethics. Everything that people do consistently becomes a habit. In this course you will read four real life ethical business scenarios. First, you will read the “story” behind the scenario and understand the situation. Then, you will consider what aspects of your Professional Code of Ethical Conduct might apply to this story, and think about how you could apply the Code in similar situations. At the end of this course you should be able to:
+ Understand why ethics make good business sense.+ Internalize the ethical foundation of your professional Code of Ethical Conduct.+ Recognize how customers value our ethics.+ See examples of how to think through difficult decisions.+ Be prepared to avoid code of conduct violations.
