Course Description

Organizations that promote employee engagement outperform organizations that do not. Absenteeism, turnover, safety incidents, and defects decrease, while at the same time customer ratings, productivity, and profitability increase. Engagement organizations expect excellent performance from all their employees.

This course outlines motivational theory, describes how individual and cultural differences impact performance, explores how your choices will affect your coworkers’ motivation and morale, and shows you how you to contribute successfully in a high-engagement, high-performance work environment. At the end of this course you should be able to:
