Interpersonal communication, the process by which people use verbal and nonverbal messages to exchange information, is an essential workplace skill. Improving interpersonal communication is everyone’s job.
In this course, you will examine how your interpersonal communication skills can affectyour success. You will learn that perceptions matter, that there are various types of communication, and how to overcome the challenges inherent in workplace communications. You will learn how to become a more effective communicator. At the end of this course you should be able to:
