Strategic plans guide organizations into the future. Organizations set goals and objectives and establish priorities, and ensure that all employees work toward the same outcomes.

This course covers the strategy planning process, including how organizations develop goals and objectives, action plans, and human resource plans. Also examined are how organizations deploy plans and track performance. The course also expands your knowledge relevant to best professional practices and provides tools for improving your strategic planning skill set. At the end of this course you should be able to:

+ Describe the difference between strategy development and strategy implementation.
