Knowing, intellectually, how to be a good coach is important. Education, studying scenarios, reflecting on your experience as relates to what you learn – these are all important parts of becoming an effective leadership coach. But knowing and doing are not the same thing.
An effective coach must implement what they know, not just creating a coaching process but using the process to improve the performance of those they coach. At the end of this course you should be able to:
+ Promoting a structured coaching culture that is outcome focused.+ Aligning individual and organizational goals.+ The value of modeling and scenarios in coaching.+ How to create action plans that encourage proactivity.+ The value of reflection in leadership coaching.
