How you manage project costs, resources, schedules, and risks are driven by your project plan. Further, planning is an iterative process. Throughout the project, you will revise your plan as more details become available, tasks are refined, and project changes are approved.
Planning requires that you identify all project activities and tasks, sequence them correctly, and estimate schedules and resources accurately. This course gives you the skills to develop and maintain such plans. At the end of this course you should be able to:
+ Describe what is included in a Time/Schedule Management Plan.+ Develop a project schedule.+ Explain what is meant by a schedule baseline.+ Use some basic functions of a project management software package.
