Describe what is protected under trademark law.
Explain what rights are included in the “bundle of rights” under trademark law.
Apply the key steps associated with obtaining U.S. trademarks and service marks.
Explain the benefits, costs, and risks of owning and using trademarks.
Articulate the basic rules of proper trademark usage and licensing to avoid abandonment of rights.
